Two Modes, One Standard

The Same Education.
Different Hours.

Whether your child enrols as a Day Scholar or a full Boarder, they receive an identical education at SIRS. The same teachers, the same curriculum, the same house, the same standards. The only difference is where they spend their evenings.

“Two modes of enrolment. One school. One standard.”

Choosing Your Mode

Which Is Right
for Your Child?

Both modes of enrolment give your child access to the same SIRS education. The decision comes down to your family’s circumstances, your child’s needs, and what kind of experience you want them to have. These are the questions most families find helpful.

Day Scholar may suit you if…
Your family lives within a reasonable distance of Bilaspur
You want your child home each evening
Your child benefits from the stability of a home environment
You prefer to manage evenings and weekends yourselves
Boarding may suit you if…
Your family lives at a distance from Bilaspur
You want your child to develop independence and self-reliance early
You value the structure and community of residential school life
You believe the full residential experience is the richer one

If you are unsure, we encourage you to visit the campus and speak with the Principal before deciding. Many families find that seeing the boarding facilities in person resolves the question clearly in one direction or the other.
