Payment Schedule 2025–26
School fees at SIRS are structured on a bi-monthly basis, with payments due on the 10th of April, June, August, October, December, and February each academic year. This schedule allows families to manage their finances throughout the year while ensuring the school’s operations remain uninterrupted.
Payment should be made through the designated school portal or directly to the school office. Families should confirm payment channels and any alternate arrangements with the finance team at enrolment.

Everything You Need to Bring
Below is the complete list of documents required for admission. Please bring originals for verification, along with photocopies for the school records. Some documents are required for all classes; others depend on your child’s class and enrolment mode.
Birth Certificate All Classes
Original Birth Certificate issued by competent authority.
Transfer Certificate Class II+
Transfer Certificate from previous school, mandatory for Class II and above. Must be countersigned by education authority where required by CBSE. Non-negotiable.
Previous Progress Report Class II+
Most recent progress report or mark sheet from previous school, covering the last full academic year.
Pass Certificate Class IX & X
Pass Certificate from Class VIII (for Class IX) or Class IX (for Class X admissions).
Passport-Size Photographs All Classes
Six recent photographs of the student. Three each of Mother, Father, and Guardian, within ten days of session commencement.
Parent / Guardian Identity Proof All Classes
Aadhaar Card or other government-issued identity document of the parent or guardian.
Residence Proof All Classes
Current address proof — utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent dated within preceding three months.
Medical Fitness Certificate Boarders Only
Certificate from a registered medical practitioner. Mandatory for all Boarding students. Strongly advised for Day Scholars.
Medical Declaration Boarders
Written declaration of any medical conditions, allergies, or ongoing treatment. Submitted with the Student Personal Record form.
Application Form & Student Personal Record All Classes
The school’s Application Form, fully completed. Student Personal Record must be completed in duplicate and signed by Parent or Guardian only.
