School fees at SIRS are payable on a bi-monthly basis across six payment points evenly distributed throughout the year. The schedule is designed to be predictable and manageable for all families.
Online payment facilities are available for the convenience of families. The School Office can advise on available payment methods at the time of enrolment.

Specific Fee Details
The precise fee applicable to each class and mode of enrolment is available from the School Office upon request. Families are invited to enquire at the time of their campus visit or initial contact.

Non-Refundable
All fees paid are non-refundable once submitted, including in cases of withdrawal or mid-term departure.

Late Payment
₹20 per day charge applied to fees received after the 10th of the payment month.

Withdrawal Notice
One month’s written notice required before withdrawal. Failure to give notice results in one month’s fee charged in lieu.

Re-Admission
Students struck from rolls due to unexplained absence may be re-admitted only upon payment of fresh admission fees.
Document Checklist

Need to Bring
The following documents are required at the time of application and enrolment. Incomplete applications cannot be processed. All documents should be originals accompanied by one set of self-attested photocopies, originals will be returned after verification.
Birth Certificate All Classes
Original Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority, confirming the date and place of birth of the child.
Transfer Certificate Class II+
Transfer Certificate from the previous school, mandatory for Class II and above. Must be countersigned by the competent education authority where required by CBSE. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
Previous Progress Report Class II+
Most recent progress report or mark sheet from the previous school, covering the last full academic year attended.
Pass Certificate Class IX & X
Pass Certificate from Class VIII (for Class IX admissions) or Class IX (for Class X admissions), as applicable.
Passport-Size Photographs All Classes
Six recent passport-size photographs of the student. Three each of Mother, Father, and Guardian, to be submitted within ten days of session commencement.
Parent / Guardian Identity Proof All Classes
Aadhaar Card or other government-issued identity document of the parent or guardian submitting the application.
Residence Proof All Classes
Current address proof, utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within the preceding three months.
Medical Fitness Certificate Mandatory for Boarders
Certificate from a registered medical practitioner confirming the child’s fitness to attend school. Mandatory for all Boarding students. Strongly advised for Day Scholars.
Medical Declaration Boarding Students
Written declaration of any medical conditions, allergies, or ongoing treatment. Submitted with the Student Personal Record form.
Application Form & Student Personal Record All Classes
The school’s Application Form, fully completed. The Student Personal Record must be completed in duplicate and signed by the Parent or Guardian only, not by the student.
