A Club for Every Curiosity
Six specialised clubs that go beyond the classroom — nurturing creativity, leadership, environmental consciousness, and global awareness in every SIRS student.
Co-curricular activities are not extras — they are essential. The CBSE framework mandates that schools provide opportunities for students to explore their interests and develop talents beyond the traditional classroom. At SIRS, we take this mandate seriously and have curated six specialised clubs that align with our mission to nurture whole-person development.
Each club operates on a simple principle: students pursue what sparks their curiosity. Whether it’s the written word, cultural expression, environmental stewardship, scientific inquiry, visual creativity, or global diplomacy, there’s a club designed for you. Club activities are woven into the school calendar and provide students with real-world experiences, peer mentoring, and the chance to discover their passions.
Literary Club
The Literary Club is where words find their power. Students engage in creative writing, public speaking, poetry, debate, and storytelling — building communication skills that last a lifetime.
Cultural Club
Celebrating India’s rich cultural diversity, the Cultural Club brings students together through folk dance, classical music, drama, and festival celebrations that build identity and belonging.
Environmental Club
The Environmental Club empowers students to become stewards of the planet. From campus gardens to awareness campaigns, members learn that sustainability starts with small, consistent actions.
Science & Technology Club
In the Science & Tech Club, curiosity is the curriculum. Students design experiments, build models, explore robotics basics, and participate in science fairs that celebrate discovery and innovation.
Creative Arts Club
The Creative Arts Club is a sanctuary for artistic expression. Painting, sculpture, photography, and mixed media give students a visual language to communicate what words sometimes cannot.
Model United Nations
The MUN Club is SIRS’s flagship co-curricular programme. In partnership with IIMUN, students represent world nations, debate global issues, and develop the poise and persuasion of real diplomats.
